@aaikolairport Your advisory is not reaching people who are travelling to airport until they are following you. Why airlines were not informing the passengers via SMS alerts. At least 100s have missed their flight due to this traffic jam. Even after 26 mins my ETA to airport was still 30mins.

@AmazonHelp What kind of help is this? I haven't asked to update any serial number. You guys first sent me a wrong product, I realised it is defective. On raising it with Lenovo I was told that product serial number doesnt match with invoice and hence it won't get any warranty coverage.

@ICICILombard Extremely disappointing experience. After trusting the brand to have hassle-free claim experience it is really upsetting that your team is not ready to listen and decides on their own terms. Never recommending ICICI lombard to anyone!
