Let me explain: In the metadata of the file you exported after adjusting to Myanmar time, the 'Create Date' is running one hour ahead of the 'Metadata Date' and 'Modify Date' (which align with +5:30, Indian Standard Time). In contrast, for Rahul Gandhi's case and the BJP's PDF's case, or my screen recording, the times match exactly with the Metadata Date and Modify Date. For further proof, here's a publicly available example. Download the 'Modi ki Guarantee' PDF from the BJP website (https://t.co/zuLUTky11c),
( archive link: https://t.co/R2TQDRLaP6 ) which was also created in Adobe Illustrator. Check its metadata, and you'll see the same result (Myanmar timezone offset of +6:30) as in Rahul Gandhi's case. This software quirk isn't exclusive to Congress; it the same for BJP files too. Neither the Congress PDF nor the BJP PDF was created in Myanmar.

Also, it's logically impossible that the Create Date of a file is in Myanmar time zone, and its Metadata Date and Modify Date are captured in India time zone, and all three show the exact same time down to the seconds.
