Extension have become an annual event now, thanks to Portal glitches.

What was supposed to be completed by October every year gets stretched invariably. This year it's December (and still many needs further extension just to finish filings thanks to portal glitches).

The most unfortunate part of this, IMO, is that majority of professionals don't have time to look beyond just data entries for the large part of the year.

Payment done but did not linked with #MCA and now it is unpaid. So either we have to track again and again till 31/12 or it will be a non compliance 😅

Portal issues are one thing, non compliance linked to it is dangerous.

As a professional, I really do not want extensions during #AnnualFilings but a perfectly working portal but considering the fact that site has so many issues and it cannot support online filings of so many forms, it ends up wasting time of so many professionals. So maybe once extension is granted, it will reduce load on the portals and help filings.

However, we need to ensure that filings are completed ASAP and focus on more important assignments instead of getting stuck with mere uploading of documents on portal.
