Metro line curves towards the left at Sarai metro station while at NHPC chowk it is at right side.

@1oakfinserv @DesiFrugal created a simulation, apparently, it is beneficial if the appreciation is on the higher end it is lowering tax rates.
With this data, once appreciation has been upwards of 4.5 times tax starts to go down.
