These are submissions of Bihar BJP government in Supreme Court.

Earlier they used to say that reservation is required as SC,ST,OBC representation is less. But their own data is showing that almost 70% of the government jobs are with SC,ST,OBCs.
But still BJP says, so what? Reservation should be increased by another 15% to make SC, ST, OBC representation at 85%.

🚨SHOCKING - FIR against Malabar:

A man walked into a Malabar Gold showroom in Bilaspur with a simple request: exchange his old 22-carat HUID-hallmarked bracelet.

The staff ran it through their XRF machine. Once. Twice. Three times.
Every reading came back the same: 20 carat.
They even told him the hallmark didn’t exist.

He called the local jeweller who had sold him the bracelet. The jeweller walked in, confirmed the HUID, and asked them to test it again.
Same machine. Same bracelet. Same room.

This time an employee adjusted something on the machine. Suddenly the reading flipped to 916 - pure 22 carat.

The jeweller recorded everything. The Sarafa Association arrived. Police registered an FIR against the showroom manager and the machine operator. The machine and DVR were seized.

This wasn’t a small local shop. This was Malabar Gold “the chain that advertises trust, purity, and BIS standards across India”.

One bracelet. Two readings. An 8% gap in gold value. And the only thing that changed was who was watching.

If a hallmarked piece can magically lose two carats the moment a customer wants to exchange it, and magically regain them the moment someone pushes back, what exactly is the machine testing?

Customers don’t walk into Malabar expecting a calibration error that only appears when they’re selling gold.
They walk in expecting the purity printed on their receipt.

The FIR is real.
The readings are on record.
The machine was seized.

Malabar still hasn’t explained why the same piece of gold needed a “setting” before it became 22 carat again.
Until they do, this isn’t a machine glitch.
It’s a business model.

🚨 Exposing the double standards of "Opposition and Left Liberals".

1. Ex-CJI Chandrachud was once the darling of Opposition & Leftists. They celebrated him for “liberal” judgments. Now after Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul’s memoir claims he was “too soft/deferential” to the government on appointments (seeking pre-approval of names before Collegium), the same people are targeting him. Classic double standards.

》What Karnan did to Kaul, Kaul is doing to Chandrachud. Period.

2. Remember Justice CS Karnan? When Kaul was Madras HC Chief Justice, Karnan repeatedly attacked him with serious allegations of harassment, belittlement, etc., and even tried contempt proceedings. SC later jailed Karnan for contempt. Now Kaul is publicly criticising Chandrachud in his book & interviews in a similar fashion. The same ecosystem that once ignored or defended such behaviour is amplifying Kaul.

3. Judgments by Chandrachud that Opposition & Leftists cheered loudly:
▪︎▪︎ Right to Privacy (Puttaswamy):- landmark, treated as fundamental right.
▪︎▪︎ Section 377 struck down:- decriminalised homosexuality.
▪︎▪︎ Sabarimala:- part of the bench that allowed women of all ages entry.
▪︎▪︎ Aadhaar dissent:- called the Act unconstitutional, “fraud on the Constitution” for being passed as Money Bill, and a privacy violation. Liberals quoted it endlessly.
▪︎▪︎ Adultery law struck down.
▪︎▪︎ Strong dissent against Bhima Koregaon arrests of activists.

》They called him progressive, intellectual, and independent then.

》Today the same voices are using Kaul’s book to paint him as pro-government.

4. Extra context people are pointing out: Justice Kaul attended a Diwali party at the residence of Saurav Das (@SauravDassss) (investigative journalist who has written critically on the judiciary and is now associated with Cockroach Janta Party). Photos are circulating.

》Separately, Congress Kerala’s (@INCKerala) official handle tweeted “Dear Surya Kant, if law and order is not your domain, resign now. We will find your replacement…” (later deleted after backlash).

5. At the same time, Rahul Gandhi (@RahulGandhi) Opposition crowd marched to the Supreme Court premises, created chaos, and entered forcibly.

》SC itself said nobody can “browbeat the judiciary.” One day they demand CJI resign or pressure the court with street power; the next day they selectively use one judge’s memoir against another.

》Judiciary independence cannot be selective. Either you defend the institution or you don’t.

बिहार की भाजपा सरकार चाहती है आरक्षण 85% हो जाए और उसके बाद की बची सीटें भी जब तक आरक्षित वर्ग न ले ले, तब तक उसे उचित प्रतिनिधित्व न माना जाए। सरकार का स्वयं मानना है कि आरक्षित वर्ग सरकारी नौकरियों में 68.5% में होने के बाद भी प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं मिला है क्योंकि ओपन की केवल 18.5% सीट ही यह वर्ग वे पा रहा है, जबकि जनसंख्या 85% है।

17% मुसलमान हैं, 15% सवर्ण हैं तो मुसलमानों को EBC, OBC आरक्षण दे दिया गया है। और फिर ये लोग कहते हैं कि कॉन्ग्रेस 85% आरक्षण ले आएगी।

कॉन्ग्रेस आई तो १००% आरक्षण ले आएगी वाले देख लें कि महाराष्ट्र और मध्य प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकारें सुप्रीम कोर्ट/हाई कोर्ट द्वारा केस नकारे जाने के बाद द्रुत गति से अपील फाइल कर रही हैं। मराठा और OBC वाले केस ३-४ बार कोर्ट से नकारे जा चुके हैं।

वहीं कर्नाटक में कॉन्ग्रेस को जब कोर्ट ने नकारा, तो वो अपील नहीं करते दिखे। अब बताओ कौन आरक्षण १००% पहले करने की स्थिति में है?
