They have No customer care toll free number for card holders which can easily accessible to executive.
No support from mail id-
Did not received any reply on mail yet. Its 2 month since i raised my query.

I want to ask just 2 thing in writing.
How your system allow to convert paid amount into EMI?
And if it is not your fault but my fault then why you are charging pre-closure charges. It is for loan not for errors.

Due to your fault, i penalised for what i have already paid.

@RBLBankCares Once monthly statement generated and if payment delayed for 1 day just after due date you reprensentative used to call 50 times a day.
But for our query its been 3 days since i habe raised query through mail not even a single i got.

@RBLBankCares I have raised a query in your customer care through mail and not received any revert, also i have DM u my registered mobile number.
It is unfair if RBL BANK charging processing fee and pre closure charges on amount which is already paid. Mistake can be penalized once not twice.
