हाईकोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में कहा- सरकार की कहानी मनगढ़ंत है। तुरंत रिहाई के आदेश। साथ ही नोएडा की DM, IAS मेघा रूपम की तनख़्वाह से काटकर 5 लाख मुआवजा भी देने को कहा

गाजियाबाद और नोएडा में यमुना किनारे खादर डूब एरिया है। इसमें बड़ी बड़ी इमारतें खड़ी हैं, सैकड़ों फार्म हाउस हैं। यह बिजली से रोशन हैं। सवाल यह है कि जब निर्माण अवैध है तो बिजली कनेक्शन कैसे मिले और उनका पैसा कहां जा रहा है?
