@AmexIndia it’s been over 7 working days and Amex escalation team is not even bothered to respond to customer. Sad state of affairs with a reputed bank.

@YESBANK This is not acceptable… first to issue foreclosure the TAT was 30 days, then to send the cheque for clearing the bank has taken 15 days and now 30 more days to release the papers… this is intentional delay and I am being charged interest by L&T finance.

@YESBANK taking infinite days to clear L&T finance cheque deposited on dec 2nd, 2025 towards closure of a LAP OD account. This is an intentional delaying tactics. RBI needs to intervene.

@YESBANK It’s been over 13 days and yes bank has not deposited the cheque and closed the loan. @RBI need your intervention, deliberate delay to release LOD and foreclosure and now closure of loan. Who is accountable in Yes Bank?

@HDFCLIFE RE:'HDFCSL=017-048-170' [External] Policy No. 10208153.. it seems deliberate attempt not to allow surrender by hdfc life. SR is closed by your Andheri Branch office is saying SR is not allowing closing the policy. Extremely horrible experience.
