I think @delhivery ,you should hire efficient customer sales support team,after delivering an item in a complete different address,the customer sales support is continuously arguing with the delivery date, it was clearly mentioned in the EPOD the place of delivery was wrong with date and time.A small basic research was needed before replying a client.
