Dear @RahulGandhi
Reason you are a PR politician — you react without facts.
Let me explain the Subhash Chandra NCLT case simply:
• Subhash Chandra did NOT take the loan himself
• The loan of ₹170 crore was taken by Vivek Infracon - an Essel Group company
• Subhash Chandra stood as a PERSONAL GUARANTOR for that loan
• When Vivek Infracon defaulted, Indiabulls moved NCLT under IBC Section 95 against Chandra as guarantor
• The company is already being recovered from separately
• Now the guarantor is ALSO being chased - double recovery from two sides
• NCLT admitted claims of ₹22,006 crore against him but approved only ₹6.25 crore repayment plan - because legally his personal guarantee liability is limited
This is not a BJP issue.
NCLT is an independent judicial body.
The case was filed in 2022 by Indiabulls - a private financial institution - not the government.
Before making it political, understand the difference between a borrower and a guarantor.
This is basic financial literacy - something a PR politician would not bother with.
Our founder who created the Jhooth ki goonj website has been continuously threatened by Rahul Gandhi’s PR team.
She is just 20 years old. Let this tweet spread and tell everyone what kind of person Rahul Gandhi is.
The boulder is easily 8-10m across that puts its weight around 1500-3000 metric tons ( ~ 2600 kg/m³ for typical Himalayan rock density)
to move such a massive object the estimated drag force on that boulder could easily be of the order of 5 million to 20 million newtons
for comparison, Falcon Heavy first stage rocket produces a force of 23 Million newtons!!!
He is a husband of fake Hindu Sunita Viswanath who runs an advocasy group Hindus for human right and she has put all anti Hindu in the advisory board.
Not surprisingly, they are following the toolkit there too!
@Pawankhera Dear Pawan Khera why are you dragging me again? I've works to do. Did I mention Rahul Gandhi in my swimming video? check again. Don't say get well soon to a strongman. You should remain healthy as Congresis like you are assets for us. Your arrogance repulse even INC well-wishers
@ImSantoshKan I also felt the same . Today i tried for almost 3 hours still couldn't get one ticket . almost 10 times went till payment page and error pops up and starts from the beginning. It a scam . Someone is booking using some other cookies/extension
Ahh, I hate these people so much. They did so little to connect the Northeast when they were in power, wasted an entire decade looting the country, and now they're crying foul when someone is actually working.
Dear @INCIndia I challenge you to prove me wrong. I'll attach official proofs for each and every statement I've made, and I expect you to counter them with the same.
The Dimapur (Dhansiri)–Kohima (Zubza) railway line was officially proposed in 2004 and approved in 2006–07 at an initial estimated cost of ₹850 crore.
Now here comes the twist: for the next 8 years, ZERO work was done on the project. Yes, you heard that right, 0 land acquisition, 0 construction. (Proofs attached.)
Later, in 2015, the project plan was revised, with the estimated cost rising to ₹2,300 crore due to the delay. Land acquisition started in 2015, and construction finally began in 2016. (Proofs attached.)
Fun fact: nearly ₹500 crore has been paid as compensation for land acquisition, while people sitting at Congress HQ apparently want the entire line to be built with the ₹850Cr budget approved back in 2006.
As of today, physical progress is around 50%, and the entire line is expected to be completed by 2029.
If you ask me, is there a delay? Yes, there is, even if we compare it with the revised timeline from around 2015.
Is there cost escalation? Yes, there is, largely due to the delays and other project-related factors like tough terrain.
But my point is simple: delay and cost escalation are still better when there is actual physical progress than when there is ZERO progress at all.
You can't spend years doing nothing and then suddenly cry foul when someone else finally starts building :)
Rahul Gandhi is NO champion of women’s rights. He is simply a Hindu baiter, using the cause of women’s empowerment as a convenient smokescreen to target and discredit Hindu Dharma.
Consider this: how many times has he spoken with the same outrage against patriarchal and medieval practices that persist under Sharia ? NEVER.
While Sharia is foundational to Islamic jurisprudence, Manusmriti has no comparable scriptural authority in Hindu Dharma. It is not even a universally binding code for Hindus.
Yet ask yourself: how many times does Rahul Gandhi attack the Manusmriti, and how many times does he attack Sharia with the same fervour?
The enduring strength of Hinduism lies in its unique ability to evolve, reform and adapt with time- as it has for millennia, and as it will for eternity.
Every Hindu must therefore ask: what is Rahul Gandhi’s real intent- championing women’s rights, or using them as a pretext to malign Hindu Dharma?
Cong rhetoric on women’s rights rings hollow when measured against its own record.
They betrayed our mothers and sisters by reversing the effect of the Shah Bano judgment.
It opposed the law against Triple Talaq. And just to cling to power in Karnataka, Rahul Gandhi ensured that not a single woman found a place in the State Cabinet.
So here is a simple challenge to Rahul Gandhi:
If women’s equality truly comes before politics, will he unequivocally support a Uniform Civil Code that guarantees equal rights irrespective of religion?
Or will his idea of “women’s rights” continue to begin and end with attacking Hinduism?
Pappu's fake obsession with women empowerment is not new.
In the famous Arnab interview, in virtually every instance (9 out of 9 times), the phrase women empowerment is completely unrelated to the question being asked.
Question: Are you avoiding a direct face-off with Narendra Modi / are you afraid of losing?
Answer: "What Rahul Gandhi wants to do is empower the women in this country..."
Q: How is Narendra Modi responsible for the 2002 riots when the courts gave him a clean chit? (This topic is pressed three separate times).
Answer pivot 1: "...it needs to give women democratic powers..."
Answer pivot 2: "...our party believes that women should be empowered..."
Answer pivot 3: "...But the real issue at hand here is empowering the women of this country..."
Question: Why are you protecting Ashok Chavan in the Adarsh corruption scam?
Answer pivot: "...we have to empower women in the political parties, that is where the meat of the issue [is]..."
Question: Why did you only wake up to the issue of price rises after a 4-0 election defeat?
Answer pivot: "...I think women are the backbone of this country and women need to be empowered..."
Question: Why didn't you intervene on price rises earlier?
Answer pivot: "...But what I really feel that we need to start looking at empowering women..."
Question: Do you feel overwhelmed by loss and defeat?
Answer pivot: "Second is empowering the women of this country."
Question: Were you upset with Sushil Kumar Shinde for giving the Aam Aadmi Party a face-saver during their Dharna ?
Answer pivot: "Are we going to head towards empowerment of women?"
Later in the interview, the topic is brought up a 10th and 11th time when he complains that Arnab hasn't asked him about the "role of women" while dodging questions.
100% of the mentions regarding women's empowerment in this interview are introduced by Pappu to change the subject when pressed on his corruption scandals, riot accountability, and election losses.
It's all fake because he deliberately ignores rampant oppression of women in the Muslim community
We digested pfizer in PEAK COVID, that was the day I had full faith, any which way, this Govt would survive and we would thrive, as long as this Govt is in Power!!
So come wat may, May 2024 or 2004, shld NEVER EVER be repeated
Prolly an unemployed guy in a simple small town from India would have generated this clip with AI for free, but this bkl Om Raut in Adipurush with 400 Cr budget gave a disaster in every single frame 🙂
