Booked tickets for my elderly parents (65F & 74M) on Train No. 12878. After waiting for confirmation, both tickets finally got confirmed—but they were allotted seats in different coaches (G10 & G17)!

What’s the point of confirming tickets if senior citizens travelling together are separated? Expecting two elderly passengers to move between coaches is neither practical nor humane.
