I used Samridhi Mahamarg from Kopargaon to Nashik exit where 75 Rs is toll as the toll guys were not able to scan d fast tag they choose to charge Rs975 complete toll frm Nagpur @nitin_gadkari Sir, this is a loot by d toll plaza. Not getting refund from @IDFCFIRSTBank

@zomato u hv employed goons as delivery partners. On my recent order d partner spoke rudely as he didn’t find address n refused to deliver. When I reported to customer care, they say treat this as exception and accept order, I don’t allow goons at my doorstep. #zomato

Ur customer care is not there to resolve issue but to avoid it. First told me that full cancellation charges applied and later deducted 150 Rs on 550 Rs order. Is this your service? We can’t risk our lives whn a goon like delivery partner has access to our food.

At peak hours roads are blocked one side and all commuters have to burn their fuel and energy on road. This is how we are going to achieve sustainability?
