@IndiGo6E I can understand operational challenges and delays but cancelling flights offered months in advance. Asking customer to purchase new with heavy difference and charging again for seat selection.
Informing of delays after checkin time doesn't sound professional.

You accept booking on flights offered, charge for prebooking seat. Later just inform of cancellation over sms. Inform flight delays of more than 2 hrs an hr b4 take off! This has become regular. Recipee for failure... ignore customer @DGCAIndia @IndiGo6E @JM_Scindia #goIndiGo
