@BLKMDL3 It still brakes hard on green > yellow on 14.3 lite. And blinking yellow left turns are not great too. But still HUGE improvement vs v12 on MS

@RoccoSperanza Agreed. Same with HW3 v14.3 lite. Blinking yellows are bad, and green > solid yellow makes the car brake HARD! False emergency pullovers haven't been a problem in the latest version.

-super hard brake to stop on changing orange, and
- super jerky left turn on blinking orange (brake, move 1inch, brake, move 1 inch repeat)

@rajuvamsi007 Positives - HUGE difference when it comes to phantom braking! Handled school dropoff like a champ, navigated entering a gated parking garage like a champ, overall much smoother than v12 and a must upgrade!
Just want these issues fixed next-pedestrian stops & orange light issues)

The #BirthrightCitizenship EO is of more concern to a specific group of folks: Indians on H1B Visa.

Most Americans don’t understand how our immigration works and depend on “experts” on social media.

First, this EO came about primarily due to concerns about abusing our overly fair systems. Millions take advantage and produce so-called “anchor” babies. This has become a booming business in some countries like China and is taken advantage by those who come here illegally. Moreover, this EO brings our country into line with most of what Europe does.

Nevertheless, the Indians are getting swept up in this more than any other group, because ( a ) there are many visa applicants and ( b ) the government is highly inefficient in processing Green Card applications, and often take decades to process.

Here’s the reality. Unlike tourist, business and student visas, H visas are generally classified as dual intent visas. This means that the holder can at some point decide to pursue permanent residency directly from their H Visas, or not. Traditionally, most of those on H visas seek permanent residency (this is a no brainer). However, due to our current backlogs, it can take 10-20+ years to obtain a Green Card after application. This is inherently unfair for those who have expressed the desire to build a life here (legally). Most Americans also don‘t realize that once a Green Card is approved, it is approved for the entire family. However, if the child has already turned 21 before the family gets their green card, they are shit out of luck. They are simply excluded. I have known people in this situation and they had no choice but to either move back to India after 20+ years, or send their child to live with grandparents in India while they try to come via different means like on a student Visa or their own H1B is they quality. This is total BS and our government needs to process GC applications within a reasonable amount of time – say 3 years. Most Americans also don’t understand how difficult it is for someone to have spent 15-20 years in one country is suddenly asked to leave due to no fault of their own.

This is how this EO is going to hurt mostly those from India.

Once again, Congress and Democrats are mostly to blame. There would have been no need to have this EO, if these imbeciles kept the border closed and not let in 6+ million people in just the past 4 years. Unfortunately, most Indians I know voted for Obama and Biden that made this matter worse.

I’m hoping that saner minds will prevail and we address the issue of birthright logically and fairly.

The 14th Amendment is crystal clear: children born in the U.S. are citizens, period. H1B visa holders, who are legal residents, fully subject to U.S. laws, are not exceptions.

Let’s not entertain fantasy arguments – the Supreme Court settled this in Wong Kim Ark (1898): if you’re born on U.S. soil and under its jurisdiction, you’re a citizen.

Trying to exclude children of H1B workers? That’s nothing but a clownish assault on 150+ years of constitutional precedent. Birthright citizenship isn’t a loophole – it’s the law. Cope harder.
