I have personally requested DCPs in Bangalore South to ensure:

1. Grocery shops will be open

2. Delivery boys of online groceries will be permitted

Queues outside supply stores are overflowing. Even if the Centre announced that essential stores will NOT be closed, Bangalore police has been roaming the streets today forcing supermarkets to shut by 1 pm. There's no sync between order and action. Naturally, people panic.
