So the screen shows green in rupees, while the dollar says something else.

The government's big goals, like a "$5 trillion economy", are in dollars.
Not in rupee headlines.

What is the plan to hold the rupee?
Why are foreign investors not staying?
And why does the government only celebrate the rupee number?
