Incometax portal is not properly working since last 7 days
Now also i am going to pay challan but the portal is not worki g properly how we are supposed to file incometax return within time frame
Kindly extend the due dates for filing of incometax return

Kindly extend the due date for conducting tax audit, it is not possible for us to complete the audit before its due date even if we sitted for 24 hours, and for better conduction of audit we need more time for checking.

@GoyalPradeepCA @akhilpachori We have given our opinion based on this advance ruling judgement, but the GST department denes this and says that 1st of all advance ruling is applicable to the same person only for whom this judgement was passed and no other person decision can be based on such advance ruling.

@CARashmiSurat @SaurinShahCA had you disclose this income in genral information- other information- any other income head also?because i have tried this rectification in many assessee but dept didnt approve this and again they issue demand notice

Notice u/s 143(1) issued for audited assessee for any other income which was put under column 16 of 3cd report, i already filed revised return which add other income in to business income and than deducted frm business income but again notice was issued 143(1) for revised return

@dineshwadera And my reply to those students also who are saying life is more imp than exam, when in july all the students got the option to postponed their exam than at that time why you people were not selecting the option of postponemnt why u guys are ready to give the exam at that time?

CA exams Nov 2020 must happen as per pre determined schedule.

This time we had ample time to prepare. Postponement of exams again and again will discourage all stakeholders.
