My wife is fed up with your service. Women customers left stranded for pick up is not something you want to see happening everyday, do you? Your complaints receive no response. No ownership. Need to speak to customer support. Looking forward to receiving a response here atleast.
@nammayatri your auto drivers cancel rides after accepting and coming closer to the pick up point. Has become an everyday thing now during morning office hours. Adds to wait time, customers lose 20-30 mins everyday, extremely unreliable and frustrating. Care to fix?
@SwiggyCares Owing to non responsiveness on my formal complaint to [email protected], I was compelled to register a formal complaint with National consumer helpline with Grievance No. 9234227. Also informed vide email to [email protected]. I look forward to a swift action.

@amazonIN you are clearly struggling with sale volumes. It's affecting regular deliveries. Not sure what happened to my product but my money is stuck until someone picks up the order. Your exchange order status says refused by customer but I was never contacted. Sorry state!

@BookMyForex very sloppy service. So many gaps - coupon code invalid, email responses delayed, card activation delayed. Wasn't very assuring and for sure will discontinue association. You guys need to up your game. Customer service is not helpful in case of system issue.

@RelianceGenIn I have been getting repeated calls, texts and emails to pay the policy premium for my car that I already sold off last year. I tried informing the call centre execs but I'm still being chased. Can you please update your records and move me out of your list?
@airtelindia Need urgent help please. No network on a newly ported sim since last night. Old sim got deactivated but new Airtel sim isn't active yet. Your helplines aren't helpful enough
