@KesariDhwaj The issue is about accountability. Paper leaks may have happened and is it something to be proud of. Would you go to a doc who has passed his paper like this. If Pradhan is asked to leave and then others will also become accountable and that is something BJP does not want

@ACTFibernet seems the network being down is your key customer experience metric. Uptime is not something you track. The fantastic thing is your engineers don’t pick calls and once the internet is up, will call you five times to get the delight code. How delighted I am

@ACTFibernet it’s a regular affair with your Internet going down with zero intimation, no response from area engineers who don’t pick your phone after the first call. I don’t think it’s worthwhile to continue with you. SR raised again for the 3rd time this mth - SR11080842442064

@MyNykaa poor customer service for a Nykaa now order which was never delivered yesterday and then Support kept on telling me they are coordinating and will get a response in 24 hrs max. No response and on following up keep getting the same we are coordinating.
