@checkr My background check has been pending with Checkr for 21 days. Each time I reach out, they say they tried contacting my employer from August 6 to 11; without a reply, they moved the case to documentation review. However, they have not asked for any documents, and my report remains delayed over this single verification. Although I have all the evidence, Checkr is not responding to confirm it, so the process stays stalled. In this market, finding work is difficult, and having valid paperwork while doing everything correctly only to face a delay that directly affects the job is frustrating; Checkr does not seem to care and remains unresponsive.

@checkrMy background check is stalled in "Document Review," but your portal never generated an upload link, and support says they "can't trigger one manually." I have all W-2s and paystubs ready to submit. My start date is at risk. Please DM me to open the document upload prompt.
