@UnionBankTweets sir, VYapm application is showing" finacle system error" since 5pm today, also IMPS system bug is also there, failed transaction (amount debited)and returned on next day. Plz look into it and closely monitor your VYOM app issues.

@UnionBankTweets @RBI your helpline number is not working ending with 2244, also multiple transactions failure on your vyom app.
5-6 transaction in past 2 months. They don't take complaint, only says wait for 24-48 hrs. Poor customer service by UBI.

You vyom IMPS service is worst I have used in banking system ever, multiple transaction failures, just now I have done transactions, both got debited, this message appeared,bank everytime told me to wait for t+1 day, in past 2 month 10 txns failed

@UnionBankTweets Sir , visited branch also, they told me that there are issues in IMPS, contact customer care. Also requested to return my money in my account so that I can send again, customer care doesn't even register complaint for the multiple failure, now again I have to wait for 1-2 days

If an employee send request for withdrawal under illness category should be done within 1-2 days. 10-15 days payout is way too late for an emergency.

@DcpNorthDelhi sir. Plz challan cars with extreme white high lumen with high beam, it's very difficult to drive on most of North Delhi roads in night. Once you start challans everyone will understand the use of high beam and where to use it.

If anyone wants to raise a complaint for no power supply, there is no option for talking to an agent in your IVR .Only information for resolution timing is given. Why?That means you are sending zero complaints data to govt

Sir, Jo trained drivers hai vo bhi kabhi kabhi left right karte hai due to bad condition of roads, Jo officers road par khade kiye hai unko plz boliye ki bad road conditions ko bhi concerned department ko report kare. I will really appreciate then
