@Conceptkart_ Last year I bought a KZ IEM from the Conceptkart website and it felt authentic, and I loved it. Because of that good experience, this year I ordered an Audiocular music player, but it stopped working within the first two months. The power button doesn’t work at all.
If you plan to buy something, I would suggest going to a more reliable place like HeadphoneZone or Amazon where you can at least get proper customer support. If I get any kind of response from Conceptkart in the coming days, I’ll update here as well.
Additionally, you guys are charging however you want. I have enrolled for a 499 monthly pack, but every month I receive a different amount on the bill. First, it was 521, and then 588. Now it's 569. I don't understand what's happening. In the app you just mentioned tax.
