Military integration और administrative integration, अलग-अलग रास्तों पर नहीं चल सकते। जैसे-जैसे हमारे joint और integrated structures develop होंगे, वहाँ policy, administration, Human Resource Management, financial processes, logistics और institutional knowledge, इन सभी क्षेत्रों में continuity और expertise की आवश्यकता होगी। आज भारत में Uniform और Civil Services, दोनों का एक ह��� commitment है, राष्ट्र प्रथम, Nation First. जब उद्देश्य एक हो, तो व्यवस्था की हर शक्ति राष्ट्रीय सामर्थ्य में बदल जाती है: रक्षा मंत्री श्री @rajnathsingh

I have explained for years that the much touted youth dividend is a youth liability. Gen-Z is misnamed. Should be Gen-C, the Cockroach Generation. -Consumers but weak as producers.
-outdated education
-Sub standard skills to compete without subsidies
-Overpopulated
-Vulnerable to AI-driven depopulation
-Entitlement mentality
-Feel good addictions: entertainment & escapism
-Influencer culture misunderstood as productivity
-democracy needs their votes, hence the tamasha
-manipulated by global fads & Breaking India forces.
