If you're taking advice from content creators on the internet about a certain domain, please ask them for their experience and achievements in that domain.

Example 1: For competitive programming, ask the creator for their CF profile, ICPC journey etc.

Example 2: For system design, ask the creator for their designation, their work experience, the scale at which they've worked, the impact of their work, etc (Experts in this domain would have better metrics to judge)

Most creators (and I really mean most) don't know anything about the topic they create content on, and only add to the slop on the internet.

If you follow such people, you will only make a fool of yourself all while giving them views/engagement that they need to lure in stupid-enough brands for sponsorships to further add to the slop.

TCP/IP, SYN–ACK handshake, data reliability vs speed, UDP, and HTTP vs HTTPS with TLS/SSL.
A lot to process, but worth it.
