A proper Turtle Soup entry will look like that 90% of the time.
1. The High/Low will be set below/above your key level
2. Market makers will visually turtle soup the High/low
3. The True Turtle soup or a Failure swing (SMT)
Bread and butter Model.
Mark the key level before price reaches it,
Don’t try and justify the current price level just because you’re an unhinged gambler trying to force a trade.
A Trade Set-up Idea.
• Identify HTF directional BIAS.
• Mark Opening and closing time.
• Fade what happening at the beginning of candle.
• Wait for keylevel to hit.
• Buy below the true open/sell above the true open.
• Target opposite end of the range.
Repeat it again and again.
HTF Directional Bias, Key level, LTF behavior & Time of engagement.
You need to have all of these in alignment when looking to execute on your idea.
And remember, only seek high-probability asymmetric RR setups with controlled risk exposure and you’ll be fine.
