@BigChiefBuckeye @jebbyhay @bmarcello I am sorry that it seems hollow to you. However, the problems that college athletics are facing is so much deeper than 1 student athlete & 1 University. Put your energy into cleaning up these deeper problems rather than targeting one student athlete & 1 University.

@jebbyhay @bmarcello I can assure you Texas Tech fans, administration & coaches in majority agree that betting while playing is grounds for losing eligibility. Also players who commit sexual assault, drugs, DUI or any other felonies should as well loose eligibility. Why just betting & Texas Tech?

@jebbyhay @bmarcello It's sad when reasonable people lose the ability to recognize hypocrisy when it comes to "the good of the sport" mantra. So much hypocrisy coming from all corners. Sueing is one tool to use that will shut hypocrisy down. Compensatory, Punitive Damages work!

@secnumbersguy I guess the SEC is pissed that TT is able to get very good HS recruit's legally which threatens them I guess. Using the Sorsby issue to try & blackball a program that threatens their monopoly.

@therandomsec The SEC is to blame for all this realignment crap that started this fighting among conferences & schools chasing the Almighty Dollar. If Texas Tech supporters hadn't stepped up the SEC wouldn't be concerned about Texas Tech portal activity. We are fighting with legal dollars.
