A price feed could time out for a second and make the number read wrong, and one basket got stuck on a bad launch baseline.

A community member pointed out that creator actions were authorized by wallet address alone, which is public.

We shipped full wallet signature auth: editing a profile, closing or editing a Condor, claiming fees
and redeeming now all require a signature from your own wallet.

It is free and sends no transaction.

A community member spotted a redeem accounting bug on Condor.

On baskets with more than one token, a redeem could pay out the proceeds of only part of the basket, while the rest stayed safe in the vault.
No funds were ever lost.

It is fixed now!
Redeems now read the real proceeds of every swap directly onchain, so the full basket is always paid out.

Everyone affected has been refunded in full, plus a bonus on top as a bug bounty.
