@LivfastE I purchased a LivFast battery & inerter as a wedding gift for my sister. Shockingly, it didn't work during installation.
Raised a complaint, but the engineer was rude & said replacement isn't company policy - only repair after parts arrice(no timeline given).
Don’t buy Apache bike! Brand new bike wouldn’t start within 30 mins of purchase. Battery replaced, still stopped again. Now showroom refuses to exchange it — all within 24 hours. Pathetic service!

Beware of @OnlineLegalInd They misled me with hidden fees. Charged ₹1769 for a service to recover ₹1500 loss, then demanded an additional ₹15,000+ for legal fees. They stopped responding after I questioned them. Do not trust their services! #FraudAlert

@OnlineLegalInd I spoke with your executive, and this seems like a complete fraud. They are refusing to refund my money. They charged me ₹1,769 for sending one notice and are now asking for ₹15,500 to proceed further, also it is not final amount or there will be additional charges.

@Airtel_Presence I discovered that a postpaid plan was activated on my account without my confirmation. After I promptly cancelled it, I noticed that my prepaid plan, which was valid until December 2025 (365-day plan), was also removed. As a result, now I recharged in my account to use service.
