ਸੰਨ 2021 ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੌਕੇ ਦੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ 6635 ਈ. ਟੀ. ਟੀ. ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੋਸਟਾਂ ਕੱਢੀਆਂ ਸੀ। ਬੇਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਮਨਾਏ ਕਿ ਚਲੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੀ ਸਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੁੰਭਕਰਨੀ ਨੀਂਦ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਸਹੀ ਤੇ ਪਾੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਤਾਂ ਪਿਆ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਈ. ਟੀ. ਟੀ. ਕਰੋ ਫੇਰ ਪੀ. ਐਸ. ਟੀ. ਈ. ਟੀ. (PSTET) ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਪਾਸ ਕਰੋ। ਪਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਲੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਰੀਮ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ ਟੈਸਟ ਹੋਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਕਾਹਲੀ-ਕਾਹਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਛਿੱਕੇ ਟੰਗ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਤੇ ਭਰਤੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਕਈ ਕੇਸ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਨਤੀਜਾ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੰਨ 2021 ਦੀ ਨਿੱਕਲੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਸਿਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗੀ। ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਪਹਿਲੀਆਂ ਲਿਸਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 5 ਸਾਲ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਨੂੰ ਬੱਸ ਦੀ ਬਾਰੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਫੜ੍ਹਕੇ ਲਟਕੇ ਹੋਏ ਨੇ। ਕਈ ਹੁਣ ਕੋਰਟ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕੇਸ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੱਕ ਲੈ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ ਤੇ ਕੁੱਝ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਆਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੀਵਾ ਜਗਾਈ ਬੈਠੇ ਨੇ। ਦੁਖਾਂਤ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਡੀਕ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ ਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਕਾਗਜ਼ੀ ਆਰਡਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਡੀਕ ਉਡੀਕ ਫ਼ਿਕਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਅੱਧਾ ਸਿਰ ਚਿੱਟਾ ਕਰਾ ਬੈਠੇ ਨੇ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਸੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੁਰਸੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਬੈਠੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਭਰਤੀ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਊਣਤਾਈਆਂ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੜਾਕੇ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਲਝਾਈ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ।

Now even Bihar Vidhan Sabha and @BJP4India Govt has made a law not to allow any non Bihari to become a resident,or voter or take a govt job without fulfilling legal conditions like the states of Hp,Uttarakhand,Gujarat etc i wonder why are politicians of Punjab so ignorant to the fast changing demographics of Punjab ?

I have submitted a Private Member Bill to Speaker @SpeakerSandhwan in January 2023 seeking a similar law but unfortunately @BhagwantMann govt has done nothing !

I feel @ArvindKejriwal @msisodia and other leaders of @AamAadmiParty have blocked this law bcoz they themselves are outsiders and probably want more non Punjabi’s to settle permanently in Punjab .

I want to reiterate that I’m not outsiders settling in Punjab but they should do so after fulfilling legal conditions like other states and if other states have the right to protect the demography of their states why not Punjab ?-Khaira

Having survived a prior attempt in Jalandhar, he had challenged the Jaagat Jot Sri Guru Granth Sahib Satkar (Amendment) Act, 2026 in court. Such murders to suppress critics are a grave threat to democracy.
