Earlier this year, Keith Williams met #TeamVictoria - the team who have helped ⬆️passenger satisfaction by a whopping 13% at one of the UK’s biggest stations. Well done to them and all the other dedicated station staff across the country on #StationsDay
Happy #StationsDay! Stations🚉 are passengers' gateway to the railway and an important part of the Review’s plans for the future. Our Chair, Keith Williams, visited Bradford station earlier this year setting out his priorities for passenger focused reform 👇
Rail freight is a crucial part of the Review's plans for the future of the railway. Maggie Simpson, DG @RailFreightUK today brought together reps from across the sector to talk to our chair Keith Williams about getting more freight off the🚛and onto the🚅
As an angry commuter furious abt cancellations & delays, I want trains to run on time! This won't be instant, but Keith Williams (pic) has right ideas: An accountable 'fat controller' in charge of new national rail body, strong regions & operators paid for running trains ON TIME!
It's been a significant week for #RailReview. Our Chair Keith Williams set out proposals to put passengers at the heart of the #railway and we reached 1000 #followers! 🙏
