"A reality of modern life."
That's the justification Justice Department attorney Michael Weisbuch gave a federal appeals court which just ruled that data collected by Flock Safety cameras is not protected by the Fourth Amendment.
"Surveillance is normal because we say it is."
Barry Jennings died shortly after he gave his witness evidence of the collapse of Building 7 at the World Trade Centre on 9/11. His death has never been explained and investigators paid to discover the truth returned their fees and refused to investigate further.
With poll numbers in the gutter, President Trump seems to have moved to bribery for the upcoming elections -- $5,000 for Americans if the Republicans win.
Could the Democrats offer up $6,000 if they win?
Could there be a bribery bidding war?
Should Americans be bribed (with their own money) by politicians who have sunk the nation into $40 Trillion worth of debt?
What a mess.
Watch @RonPaul & @ChrisRossini below:
Lutnick: Data centers don't use water. This is propaganda by our adversaries to try to slow us down.
Lutnick last year: These AI things suck water. They need water.
Iran just hit a USMC base in Jordan with missiles.
The fact that Iran was able to strike Camp Titin in Aqaba without one interceptor launched back means the US was not prepared at all.
This is why the pentagon warned Trump three days ago to NOT relaunch the war, because we are out of ammo.
Vis Google, camp Turin is a critical military base housing U.S. marines, U.S. navy and Jordanian armed forces
I HAVE A VERY SIMPLE QUESTION
.@realdonaldtrump "What, specifically, are these HYPERSCALE data centers going to be used for?"
We keep hearing that America must build them immediately to “win the AI race” against China. Fine. Then spell out the use case.
What applications require this extraordinary buildout? National defense? Intelligence? Autonomous weapons? Financial markets? Government surveillance? Digital identity? Robotics? Medical research? Consumer AI? All of the above?
Because “AI is the future” is not an adequate answer when communities are being asked to absorb massive power demand, water consumption, new transmission infrastructure, diesel backup generation, persistent low frequency noise, utility costs, and potentially the taking of private property through eminent domain to support the electrical infrastructure these facilities require.
And there is another question that deserves an answer: What exactly are we racing China to build?
If the argument is that China will dominate America unless we blanket the country with hyperscale computing infrastructure, then the American public deserves to see the underlying numbers, objectives and national strategy.
How much compute capacity does the United States actually need?
For what purposes?
By what date?
Where should it logically be located?
Who pays for the generation and transmission infrastructure?
Who receives the economic benefit?
Who bears the environmental and community costs?
And what protections prevent this enormous computing capacity from eventually being used for mass surveillance, social scoring, autonomous decision making or government control over Americans?
We have all seen the science fiction warnings, including Terminator. Obviously, that is fiction. But the underlying question is legitimate: before constructing unprecedented amounts of centralized computational power, shouldn't Americans know what we intend to do with it?
This does not mean America should abandon AI or stop building data centers.
It means “China” cannot become a magic word that eliminates scrutiny.
Build what America genuinely needs. Put it where the power, water and infrastructure can support it. Protect private property. Protect ratepayers. Protect communities. Demand state of the art environmental standards.
But first, tell us the mission.
What is the actual national use plan that makes this buildout so urgent?
Because asking Americans to surrender land, infrastructure capacity, water, cheap electricity and quality of life based upon nothing more specific than “trust us, AI is the future” is precisely why the public is pushing back.
Ghislaine is the baby of the family and gets all the attention, but did you know her older sister Christine built the FBI's counter-terrorism database that over 50 federal agencies use? Probably nothing...
...but in the wrong hands it would (allegedly) make manufacturing false flags, setting up patsies & blackmailing co-conspirators extremely helpful.
Theoretically.
The notion that data centers are an unqualified positive for a community—regardless of the particular circumstances—and that anyone who opposes one just wants to be “backwards and poor,” is not a libertarian sentiment. It is the mindset of a distant central planner.
The CIA’s MKUltra mind control program may still be active and conducting experiments on Americans, according to testimony before the House Oversight Committee.
👀 WTF?? Hayden Panettiere JUST DIED at 36… 3 months after her bombshell exposure of the Elite Hollywood/ Music system.
Above all she was a mom. She leaves behind her daughter Kaya.
Barely three months after she finally spoke up. In her new book and on that Jay Shetty podcast she told the world what happened when she was 18 and Heroes was exploding.
A “trusted” female friend dragged her downstairs on a boat out at sea and literally put her in bed next to a naked, very famous older British rocker.
She had to fight him off and hide for the rest of the night.
That was 18 years ago. She still never named him. Or the woman who set it up.
And now she’s dead. Cause still unknown. She had just flown from LA down to the South with her boyfriend when it happened.
Hollywood is pure evil.
Who was the rocker?
Who was the friend that kept doing these setups?
@StephenBaldwin7 you were right… IT’S ALL OF THEM.

This is how @SpeakerJohnson plans to protect perverts who went to the rape island from embarrassment. Do not let the Senate add an amendment to avoid disclosing those rich and powerful men who have evaded justice for so many years. Is Johnson calling all victims “non-credible?”
