hi i'm rai
a few months ago i was working 60+ hrs/week for $100/month in the philippines all while studying molecular bio and biotech
i was a world science scholar. i really thought i'd end up spending my life in a lab
but my grandfather got extremely sick with cancer, my dad lost his job, and my family was struggling to make ends meet
i'd go to school from 7 am to 4 pm, get home and work til 2 am, then get my ass up ready for school again
somewhere in between all that i found out about clipping
i watched some random tutorial and my first thought was "holy shit this is free money"
i did not make any money for 2 weeks ๐
got suspended, had posts taken down, fucked up multiple times. but i was getting so deep into learning the space and realizing how much bigger organic distribution was going to get
i still wasn't making anything, but by then i wanted to see how far i could take it
so i quit my actual job and went all in
within days, i became a top clipper for a few campaigns and hit my first max payouts
i still remember my first $300 payout and realizing i'd just made 3 months of my old salary from a single clip that took me 3 minutes to make
like what do you even do with that information after working til 2 am every night for $100 a month
one of my clips got featured in a case study by @alexxgrowth because it was doing better than the actual streamer's page ๐
he then took a leap of faith in me and got me started with operations at @contentrewards
mostly writing campaign briefs and organizing notion pages, since i had experience with that
and i just kept getting more involved
suddenly i was running campaigns for big streamers, talking to creators every day, building the community, and learning how to get millions of people to actually pay attention to something
in my first few months, i helped grow our ugc campaign from 300k to 100m views
i've talked to probably tens of thousands of creators and clippers now. i used to be the one joining campaigns and trying to figure everything out, so being on this side of it still feels a little crazy
i get to see how a multimillion-dollar company operates from the inside. how we plan campaigns, work with talent, figure out what's working, and deal with things when they don't go how we expected
marketing, operations, community, working with people. things i barely knew anything about a few months ago are now things people trust me to handle
i don't think the girl watching clipping tutorials while studying for her exam tmrrw would've believed any of this ๐ญ
all the little things everyone wants a little fairy to do is probably how i'd describe my job
and i love being the little fairy
there's something new we do every day and i always want to be involved. honestly such a perfect environment because it is never complacent and stagnant.
i was definitely biting off more than i could chew, but i wanted to learn every nook and cranny of this industry. every time i figured something out, i wanted to understand the next thing
i didn't know i'd end up caring this much about the work or the people
i've since left my molecular biology and biotechnology degree and gone fully all in
and because of this job, i've been able to get my grandpa the care he needs and fully support my family
so yeah i really do think i have one of the coolest jobs in the world
and now i want to start documenting it here ๐

Instagram hack:
mirror your viral video.
if you had a video go viral,
you can do it again by flipping it.
simply mirror the same footage and post it on trial reels.
Ig will treat it as a new piece of content
trust meโฆ
this is ball.
.@contentrewards is hiring a head of X
extremely lucrative base + equity package, and an environment built for an A player to thrive.
weโre already the coolest company on here. your job is to take that further and keep us ahead of whatโs next on X.
my DMs are open (!)
I'm running currently my first campaign with them + working with an agency to manage the clippers for me.
I have access to the content rewards dashboard showing me each submission with profile url, views, engagement etc..
I was reluctant at the beginning to even try clipping in case the views/engagement could be botted... but decided to try anyway
I don't think they can be botted because... I literally have access to all the data + I'm checking everything on a daily basis.
ps: I have a good audience and I know how to make posts going viral including my honest bad reviews.
it's not in their interest to scam me :)
not trying to sound like every other person on here but marketing and distribution is literally EVERYTHING
atp you could make the worst app known to mankind, put 10k into a clipping/slideshow campaign and print
we are in a gold rush rn and most ppl dont notice it lol
