@SouthwestAir A terrible airline! Things were terrible on January 2nd. Claimed my bag was overweight when it was absolutely not overweight, left my girlfriend behind. We are both blind and get assistance. Also, they ripped my luggage tag off my suitcase! #Angry #Pissed

@bmoore123 This is a similar problem with Delta Airlines btw. I usually either use Southwest, Jet Blue, or American and usually don't have any issues!
