@GlenEllynDad1 @shmoore75 @GovBillLee There is a massive, nationwide teacher shortage (roughly half a million fewer teachers than pre-covid)….Because who wants to have a high stress job that requires a college degree and doesn’t pay a livable wage? There is no one for them to hire.
