Battambang’s governor says Thailand launched bombs from fighter jets in his province over 100 km from the border, yet Thailand claims Cambodia invaded them. It’s heartbreaking.
At 10:00 am (December 24, 2025), the Thai military used T-50 fighter jets to drop four bombs into a civilian residential area deep into Cambodian sovereign territory in Banan district, Battambang province, along the route to Pailin Province, before continuing toward Chanthaburi Province. The T-50 is an aircraft manufactured in South Korea. So far, the Thai military has used three types of aircraft—made in the United States, Sweden, and South Korea—to carry out attacks on Cambodia.”

Thai troops reportedly fired rifles toward civilian residential buildings in Poipet this morning, triggering chaos on the ground. Some of the structures appear consistent with scam compounds.
Why huh ? Who is the beneficiary? From this, we can see who initiate the war. Who never wanted Peace. Always use planting mine land as excuse to fool their citizen.

The Thai armed aggression has caused serious damage. As of December 16, 2025, the toll includes 17 civilian fatalities (including one infant) and 77 civilian injuries.
In this sense, Cambodia calls on the international community to strongly condemn Thailand's violations of the Joint Declaration and its repeated war crime and unlawful activities, as well as demands that Thailand take full responsibility for such brazen violations.
Cambodia urges that Thailand immediately stop all hostile activities and withdraw its forces from Cambodia's territorial integrity, and avoid acts of aggression that threaten peace and stability in the region. At the same time, we call on the Thai side to firmly honour the Ceasefire Agreement, the Joint Declaration, as well as the obligations under international law with sincerity, in good faith and goodwill.
