@jennythompson91 @TheAA_UK I feel for you. We were 6 hours with 3 children in the pitch black freezing cold last night at the side of a very busy motorway. First call at 17:37 and finally moved to safety at 23:30! Finally home at 03:20 this morning. Hope you get home soon. @TheAA_UK do better!

@TheAA_UK Not sure about that. We were 6 hours at the side of a dark, cold and dangerous A1 with 3 children. Serious failings on your part and I have logged a complaint including call and text times along with photos of our unsafe conditions. I will not be letting this go!

@TheAA_UK this is beyond a joke. Five hours now and counting stuck at the side of the A1 with three children. Apparently we are highest priority- I’d like to know how you treat low priority!!
