I had a toe home, still broken down at home nearly 18 hours later

Abandoned by the RAC
I will not let it lie now & I'm going to pursue for money back all the way to courts if needed

ETA times are no way near truthful

After waiting 3+ hours still shows ETA an hour in the past, and on phone just been told within next 6-7 hours

Website says you get to most breakdowns within 60 minutes
this cannot be the case as too many say several hours before you arrive
Never again will I be with you at the RAC
