I did 5 water fasts they all were 40+ hours
the other days i ate under 800 kcals.
i had 2 days i slipped up but only one of those days would be over my maintence.
Also i am of higher start weight so loosing alot quick is easier for me then others🫶🫶🫶

Guys i have officially weighed in at 91.9 kgs this morning!!!! 🌙
That means i lost 5.4 kgs in 12 days!!! Started 23 aug with being 98-97kgs.

In total since my starting weight (113kgs) i lost 21.1 kgs⭐️
I did r well these weeks. 5/12 days i didnt eat anything all day🤍
