@MurrayHillGuy1 My theory is that everyone gets a good 10 year window of this. If you don’t start drinking until you’re 21, yea you can prolly keep raging at 30. If you’re like me and started around 15 then those hangovers hit exponentially worse after 25
@ThorTorrens Because Supps = cash cow.
That said, creatine does help promote strength gains over time from the extra couple reps per set you get from the boost in ATP synthesis but I’ve never felt any cognitive benefits in my day. Any short term size increase is purely water saturation
@collinsworth55 I’m terrible at golf so I don’t play but as I get older, it makes sense why it’s popular especially in the corporate world. You get out in the sun and drink some beers with the boys for 4-5 hours. Gotta admit it’s a vibe
@0xDavecryps Middle school I could get McDoubles for 1.00 each. By the time I was driving they were 1.39. Now they’re 3.19 give or take. 2 McDoubles, small fries and drink used to be a 5 dollar bill in 2008-2014 but it’s effectively a 10 dollar meal now
