The Senate overwhelmingly passed the Children and Teens’ Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA 2.0) and the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) on Tuesday! 🗳️This puts the bills en route to the House.

The DEFIANCE Act has passed out of the Senate! The DEFIANCE Act seeks to stop the spread of manipulated explicit images (also known as “deepfakes”) by creating a way for victims who can be identified in a digital forgery to seek justice in the federal courts.
