Banff’s most famous grizzly bear has done what he wants, as usual. Parks Canada fitted Bear 122, known as The Boss, with a GPS tracking collar on May 13 as part of ongoing grizzly bear monitoring across Banff National Park.

Within days, the nearly 30-year-old, 750-pound patriarch of the Bow Valley managed to rip it off entirely on his own.

Parks Canada has not confirmed whether it will attempt to re-collar The Boss.

There's been NO information since Nicholas's post on May 24, indicating he was still in Vancouver General Hospital held against his will.

We've called VGH. St. Paul's. Jas @keepontruckin78 went personally to VGH and left letters for Nicholas.

@LionAdvocacy has submitted papers to VGH, the VGH Psych Director and the Vancouver Police Department demanding Nicholas be given legal counsel immediately.

A case request has been filed at Canadian Constitution Foundation on Nicholas Jordan Wagter's behalf.

Silence. 14 days today since Nicholas was involuntarily committed to psychiatric inpatient admission without informed consent.

The "deemed consent" provision of the 1964 Mental Health Act prevents the patient or his family from any participation in the care or treatment AND violates Informed Consent as a basic human right.

Canada now has a federal government so deep in debt that the first job of millions of taxpayers is not funding services. It is feeding the bond market.

Budget 2025 says federal public debt charges will hit $55.6 billion in 2025-26 and rise to $76.1 billion by 2029-30. That is money gone before Canadians get a road, a hospital bed, a soldier, a border guard, or a tax break. It buys nothing new. It repairs nothing. It simply pays the cost of yesterday’s political vanity.

Put it in household terms.

If the average federal income-tax-paying Canadian sends Ottawa about $7,000, then it takes roughly 8 million taxpayers just to cover this year’s federal debt interest.

Eight million people going to work, getting taxed, and seeing their federal income tax vanish into interest payments.

Not healthcare.

Not defence.

Not infrastructure.

Not housing.

Just interest.

This is what Liberal “compassion” looks like after the invoice arrives. They spent like borrowing was free, called every new program an investment, treated deficits like a moral virtue, and now Canadians get the hangover.

The real scandal is not only the debt. It is the opportunity cost.

Every dollar spent on interest is a dollar that cannot lower taxes, fix procurement, rebuild the military, secure the border, improve ports, support actual productivity, or leave families with more of their own money.

Ottawa did not create prosperity. It created a payment plan.

And the payment plan is now eating the country’s future one tax return at a time.

The hard truth is simple: debt is deferred taxation. The politicians got the applause. The taxpayers get the bill.

Here we go, the Los Angeles Times is admitting that yes, tens of thousands of mail in ballots did get processed for only Mayor Karen Bass and Nithya Raman but it was “a glitch”

They say the system just “glitched” for a minute and didn’t process any ballots for Spencer Pratt but really there were ballots for Spencer, they just didn’t get processed during the “glitch”

No, we don’t believe you. This is fraud and Democrats are cheating

“It was the result of a lag in an automated collection of the data in which there was one data collection that captured votes in a single batch of votes for Bass and Raman, and then about 1 minute later, the collection of the rest of that same batch of votes — Folks I spoke to also said there is no fraud. But again, there was no batch of votes without any Pratt votes. There was sort of a 1-minute variation between the upload of Bass and Raman votes and Pratt votes on some media websites.

Officials and others who have reviewed the data say that is not any proof of fraud. There was no fraud.”
