I am so happy for the Lions' progress. I remember how much clowning of this press conference that I saw around here and everywhere else. I get it. Talk is cheap. Folks I respect who played or coached the game (at various levels) were excited about what they heard below. They discerned the action was coming. The way the Lions played Year 1 was confirmation that they were bringing the action (process over results) and when the ownership didn't can him, it was a vote for patience with the path. Love it.
This was insane and hilarious from Jameis Winston.
He said he overruled the coach Dennis Allen at the end of the #Falcons game to take a knee and instead scored a TD as a "Team decision." 😆

If something upsets you about fantasy football or the internet, tell a grown up out loud.
If you feel silly doing that, it’s probably a silly thing to spend time on.
Prime example of why vetoing in fantasy football leagues is stupid as hell. Only way you do it is if there's clear, obvious, and proven collusion. We're adults. We can make decisions about our fake teams. https://t.co/EJA8Gv7nWW
In the late 1990s and early 2000s, LAN parties were a cornerstone of young gamers' social lives. These gatherings, typically hosted in someone's basement or a local community center, revolved around connecting multiple computers through a local network. This allowed groups of friends to delve into the world of multiplayer gaming in an era where high-speed internet was still a luxury.
Amidst the dim glow of computer screens, young enthusiasts would engage in epic battles in games like Age of Empires and Quake, all while sipping on caffeinated sodas and indulging in a smorgasbord of snacks, from pizza to candy bars. These LAN parties often stretched late into the night, much to the exasperation of concerned parents and the delight of the participants.
These gatherings were about more than just gaming; they were about forging lasting friendships, honing teamwork skills, and creating unforgettable memories in an era when online gaming as we know it today was still in its infancy.
Fun part about a 12-man fantasy football league is you have about an 8.3% chance of obtaining completely blissful happiness which makes the massive time commitment and corresponding 91.7% chance of hating everything about the world for four months per year honestly well worth it.
Pay the taxes of life gladly. Not just from the government. Annoying people are a tax on being outside your house. Delays are a tax on travel. Haters are a tax on having a YouTube channel. There’s a tax on everything in life. You can whine. Or you can pay them gladly.
