Indian schools have become a billing machine. Schools today focus less on education and more on extortion!

You need to pay “donations” just to get admitted to schools. School textbooks are charging 10,000+ per year. Uniforms, books, shoes can be bought from fixed shops because schools take commissions.

The biggest irony is that these school make so much "profit" but are still classified in the non-profit category.

We need an Education system which has:
1. Transparent fee structures
2. A maximum limit on fees
3. Affordable Books & Uniform
4. Freedom to buy books from any seller

But with 53 marks, I lost the permanent government Medical Officer job in Uttarakhand just because I am General category.

I got
95% in 10th CBSE,
95.4% in 12th CBSE~PCMB.

I cracked IIT, NEET UG, NEET PG, Indian Navy, many science olympiads and was a state level volleyball player.

Now I am doing MD in Critical Care and Anesthesia from a government college, even after fighting 65% reservation all my life.

My SC, ST, OBC friends who have cars, 100 bigha land and big rich houses got the permanent job with only half my marks. I am from a middle class family and still cannot buy a car or live a good life.

India and Uttarakhand, you kicked out a hardworking doctor like me and gave the job to less deserving people only because of caste. You don’t deserve good doctors.

I will now be working in big corporate hospitals like Medanta, Apollo and Fortis with good salary and probably enjoy a luxurious life after My PG gets over in 3 years.

But you people will keep dying like cockroaches in dirty government hospitals. You will be treated like animals with no proper care. No doctors, no protocols, only suffering.

You never fought against reservation. Now you will pay the price with your own lives and your family’s lives.

This is not justice. This is pure murder of merit. You chose caste over talent. Enjoy the results.

कल रात पंकज धवरैया को दिल्ली पुलिस ने, संभवतः अवैध तरीके से, घर से अरेस्ट कर लिया। पंकज लगातार अनशन, विरोध और प्रदर्शन के माध्यम से सामान्य वर्ग की पीड़ा को ले कर लिख और बोल रहे थे।

सरकार का यूजीसी पर क्या विचार है, वह किसी से छुपा नहीं है: आज तक सरकार ने इस पर कुछ बोला ही नहीं है। ऐसे में चाहे वह आठ मार्च की बात हो, या आज जो हुआ वह, सरकार जीतती नहीं दिख रही।

पंकज की राजनीति क्या है, क्या वह किसी संगठन के लिए काम कर रहे हैं, क्या उनका अपना स्वार्थ है? इन बातों से मुझे कोई लेना-देना नहीं। मेरे लिए यही सुनना विचित्र है कि दिल्ली-NCR में यह अवैध कार्य किया जा रहा है।

अवैध इसलिए है क्योंकि पिछली बार जब मेरे साथ यह (दो बार) हुआ, तो पुलिस ने कभी कोई डाकूमेंट, कोई न्यायिक आदेश, कुछ नहीं दिखाया। यह केवल और केवल सरकारी सनक है।

और यह उचित नहीं है।

रोहतक के सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेज में हड्डी विभाग (ऑर्थोपेडिक्स) में एक लड़के का चयन आरक्षित वर्ग से हुआ है, जिसे 800 में से केवल 4 अंक मिले हैं। वहीं सामान्य वर्ग के एक छात्र को 800 में से 585 अंक मिलने के बावजूद भी चयन नहीं मिला।

सोचिए, जिसे सिर्फ 4 नंबर मिले हैं, वह किस तरह का इलाज करेगा? यही हमारे देश की शिक्षा व्यवस्था का हाल है।

मैं तो कहती हूँ कि जितने भी सांसद और विधायक हैं, उन्हें भी इन्हीं से इलाज करवाना चाहिए, तब जाकर उन्हें हकीकत समझ आएगी।
