ICAI must ensure strict adherence of SOP issued by competent authority including DMA. SC order
For exam in Karnataka all staff must be vaccinated.

@Geeta_Motwani_ @ajain_aca For covid affected students, the only alternative is opt out to november. Back up exams are only for those whose centers are changed or are affected due to lockdown and similar covid restrictions. It's not for all.

If ICAI submits dat Arogya Setu is chosen over RTPCR bcoz RTPCR cant be done daily till last exam then our Advocates must counter wit following statement-

Opt out should also be permitted on basis of Arogya Setu status

Why arogya setu app is not a valid precaution?
1) Not all infected ppl have smart phones
2) Since it's also air borne, one need not cross paths with an infected person to contract the virus.

Bottom line- UNACCEPTABLE.

For a student to travel during lockdown would be violation of law of that state. That's on ICAI. NOT THE STUDENT.
