RAISE high-vis vests brought brightness to a wet day in #Colne Lancs as we hosted a visit from a Culture and Regeneration Team from Pendle's twin town of Marl, Germany. Our visitors enjoyed seeing work underway in the theatres for Colne's new heritage quarter & at Colne Market.
