@JioCare I recharged of 10k for freedom pack on 22/07 but tv setup box is not delivered yet. I have been calling and mailing cc but tickets are being closed without resolution. It seems nobody care after payment. Pls send the tv setup box.

@JioCare I talked to 4 persons to today, nobody gave me resolution. One said this is a service ticket, he needs work order to provide stb. One said call customer care. Customer care creates ticket every time. This ticket was created on 24th. Why is it so difficult to provide a stb?

@venky060493 @JioCare Speed is good bro upto 100mbps. But jio support is extremely poor, its been one week since i recharged of 10k and still waiting for setup box. I am tired of calling, mailing cc. Even here @JioCare is not helping. Tickets are closed with resolutions. I can’t even cancel the plan.

@JioCare @JioCare Ticket has been again closed without any resolution and it says issue successfully resolved. No call, no update, just closed. I have reopened the ticket again. What do you suggest now? Why is it so difficult to send setup box even though i paid in advance for 15 months.
