The technician called me in afternoon telling he will be coming within 2-3 hours. Past the time line I called again but he told I'll call you once I reach nearby you. 1/2

Call karke Monday evening ka reschedule karke fir se koi technician ne visit nahi kiya.
This is ridiculous and unexpected from your side.

My scheduled time was 10:00 AM -1:00 PM
Tried calling customer care they talked rudely and said I've told technician to visit but not any resolution was there

Abhi 24 ghante se jyada ho gya hai. Aise thodi hota hai. Paise bhi deke aise Iss tarah se service milega toh kaise hoga
Bill ka amount pura lete ho aur aise 30 ghante se aadmi kya bewakoof baitha hai kya?.
Na call lagta hai. Na hi kisi grievance ko resolve karte ho aaplog.

Dear @IndianOilcl I encountered a scam while getting my LPG.
I booked and paid my LPG fees on 20 March.
On 21 I get call from delivery person asking for the code ensuring they'll deliver it later. I gave but it didn't deliver @ my home. After visiting the showroom they deny

They told that your lpg is blocked but I went there after completing My Ekyc. If so then the same should be reflect in my indianoil one App.
So I want you to please take action on this. Since this is the semi rural area then they are scamming every poor person there.
