Very disappointed with @ZeptoNow. I ordered ice cream, but it arrived melted and unusable. Customer support refused a refund or replacement and kept offering a coupon, which I clearly declined. I paid for a product, not a coupon. Please resolve this Order ID: #TURRJDLIM14886
