This needs to be printed on a billboard coz the mental gymnastics to justify a guy smoking while character assassinating the girl next to him is wild.

She had never felt so helpless. Devastated, she finally decided to share her story, no longer able to protect his image. He had hit her. He had scarred her. Their kids were terrified, with no sense of safety left in their own home. She herself had no safety ensured.
For a long time, she had kept his face hidden from the world, but today he crossed the limit. Even as she tried to build her Instagram page and create something for herself, she was silently enduring the abuse. All she wanted—all she desperately needed—was peace.
She cried out for help: “Please don’t let a man dominate you until you no longer feel your own existence.”
Looking at the photo she posted, the overlaid text echoed her pain: “We don’t feel safe anymore.”

"It took 10 years. Every day, with dreams in my eyes, I would ask myself if this was just a dream or if it would ever come true. Today, July 11, 2024, it became a reality. Yes, dreams do come true.” says Amita Prajapati.
Sharing a heartwarming video on LinkedIn, Amita captured the emotional moment of hugging her father and crying tears of joy as a decade's hard work finally paid off.
Amita's journey wasn't paved with privilege. Growing up in a slum and facing academic challenges, she battled societal doubt and financial limitations. Yet, she refused to be deterred.
"Some people used to say, 'slum-dwellers, with unbelievable minds,'" – This became her fuel.
Amita's success wouldn't have been possible without the support of her father, a Delhi tea seller who silently endured taunts questioning their financial choices and Amita's potential.
As Amita reveals, some questioned her father's choices, saying, "They used to say you can’t afford to educate her so much by selling tea. Save money and build a house instead. Anyway, one day they will leave as they are someone else's wealth, and you will have nothing left."
Today, Amita stands tall not just as a Chartered Accountant but as a beacon of hope.
"And now," she adds with pride, "I am capable enough to build a house for my father. I can fulfill all his wishes."
