Losing your passion is a different kind of loss. Itβs like living a life without any purpose; living just for the sake of living. You donβt even know where to go, but youβre going anyway. Your choice is to keep on doing it. No fulfillment, nothing that sparks your little life.
Somehow, yes.
But, these titles if not serving the community right or making the lives of others become better, then these are all just titles and mere laurels on the head.

"Board passer 'yan."
"CPA-lawyer 'yan siya."
"Topnotcher 'yan sa boards."
Umm, ok. But do they-
vote for good governance?
extend help to the underprivileged?
exercise humility?
Kung hindi, I will just see them as mere titles. Yup. π

I understand that research is not for everybody, pero if you enrolled in the course, you do your best to learn; dili kay i-asa tanan sa adviser. Ako na lang kaya ang primary researcher?π

I heard the saddest news today: one of my former students in HS took his own life. He was a kid whom I paid close attention to and I was quite fond of him.
So,to anyone who is silently battling your own problems, remember that there are people who are willing to help.
